Consented GST OTP routing

The code arrives where the work happens.

GST one-time passwords are issued to the taxpayer. The filing is done by the practitioner. blindForward closes that gap — with the client's explicit authorisation, and a record of every code that moves.

The problem

A registration stalls for six digits.

Every GST registration, amendment and verification sends its one-time password to the taxpayer's registered email and mobile. So the practitioner stops mid-filing, calls the client, waits while they search their inbox, takes the digits down over a bad line — and often starts over, because the code has already expired.

One client is an interruption. A book of two hundred is the working day.

What we're building

An authorised path for the code. Nothing more.

Consent

The client decides, and can undecide

Nothing moves without the business owner. They register, verify the email and mobile on record, and authorise a named practitioner. The mandate is scoped, dated and visible to both parties — and withdrawing it takes one click, after which routing stops immediately.

Privacy

One-time passwords only

The authorisation covers GST one-time passwords and nothing else. No other mail is read, retained, profiled or sold, and blindForward never asks for a GST portal password. Codes are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are discarded once their validity window closes.

Speed

Minutes, not afternoons

A GST one-time password is valid for a short window, and most of it is currently spent on a phone call. Routing is real time: the code reaches the practitioner within seconds of being issued, comfortably inside the window. Registrations that took three attempts close in one sitting.

Accountability

A record for every code

Each one-time password that passes through is logged — which client, which practitioner, which action, timestamped to the second. The log is append-only, exportable, and open to both sides. Practitioner accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication and role-scoped team access.

How it works

Three steps, then it stays out of the way.

01

The client registers

The business owner creates an account and verifies the email address and mobile number registered against their GSTIN. Identity is confirmed before anything is connected.

02

The practitioner is authorised

The client names their chartered accountant or tax practitioner. Both sides confirm the mandate, which is limited to GST one-time passwords and carries a start date and an expiry.

03

Codes route in real time

From then on, every GST one-time password reaches the practitioner's blindForward inbox as it is issued — and appears in the client's log at the same moment.

Built for chartered accountants, GST practitioners and tax consultancies handling registrations at volume — and for enterprise finance teams managing filings across multiple entities, states and GSTINs from a single desk.
